This is a another magazine I created using Photoshop. First of all I experimented the masthead title by adding some degree of 3D into it to just test how how it may look like, and as you can see from the above magazine it suits perfectly with the main image; with the colour of the masthead being red to connote blood and also red is a colour mostly found in horror therefore being a horror convention. Finally, the main image used is a close up of the main character; having this in mind the character conforms to the horror genre conventions as he is wearing a mask which hides his identity and is a big thing in horror films, also on the mask their is blood, other scars and stitches; this is used to signify that the character has being through a lot in terms of violence.
